You're a good designer who feels stuck. Let's figure out why.
Two focused sessions with a design psychologist who's spent 10+ years in the gap between "I know what I should do" and "I can't seem to do it."
€150 · Two sessions (60 min + 30 min) · Video call · You walk away with a written clarity document.
The problem
You've been designing for years. You're good at what you do — everyone says so. But something isn't working.
Maybe you're stuck between execution and leadership. Maybe stakeholder dynamics are killing you. Maybe you've lost the thread — the craft feels distant and you spend 80% of your time in meetings and Jira. Maybe you can't explain what's wrong at all. That's the hardest one.
If you're nodding, you don't need another course. You need a conversation with someone who understands both the design and the psychology underneath it.
What you get
Before: A short intake form (5 questions, 10 minutes) so I arrive prepared.
Session 1 (60 min): The first 20 minutes, I listen. The next 40, I reflect back the patterns I see — we name the real problem, which is almost never the one you booked the session for. We end with a direction, not a conclusion. I then write your clarity document.
Session 2 (30 min, within one week): You've read your clarity document. Now we pressure-test it. We refine the diagnosis, answer your questions, and lock in one concrete, low-friction move you can act on immediately. This is where most people say it clicks.
What makes this different
Most design mentors give you portfolio feedback or career advice. I do something different. I have a Master's in Psychology and 10+ years leading design teams. That combination means I don't just see the design problem — I see the behavioral pattern underneath it.
When you tell me "I keep procrastinating on my portfolio," I hear a psychological pattern, not a time management issue. When you say "my PM doesn't respect design," I hear a relational dynamic, not a process problem.
Who this is for
Mid-level and senior designers (5–15 years) who feel stuck but can't articulate why. Who know what they "should" do but can't seem to start. Who are navigating a career transition or have imposter syndrome that logic alone doesn't fix.
Pricing
€150. One session. No subscription. No upsell. That's less than a Figma annual license. Less than one month of a design course you won't finish. I take 4 sessions per month — when the slots are full, they're full.
